About the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts
YBCA is a multidisciplinary contemporary arts center that presents visual arts, performances, films, and community engagement programs. Located in the Yerba Buena Gardens, it serves as a cultural hub fostering creativity and dialogue across diverse artistic disciplines.

When is admission free at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts?
Admission to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA) galleries is free every Wednesday and on the second Sunday of each month.
Additionally, YBCA offers free admission to youth, military personnel, and individuals participating in the Museums for All program, which includes Medi-Cal and EBT cardholders. Members of YBCA also enjoy complimentary gallery access. The galleries are open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
